"Perfect for families. Very polite and helpful staff and useful amenities like a washing machine and dryer. Location was ideal to reach old town but also nice and quiet which is great for those travelling with little ones."

"The location is great next to the cathedral and tram. You can hear the traffic. No elevator. The counter close early, maybe 7or8pm. Beware if you need late checkin. Some little things need to be fixed. In general it is ok."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. I think a lot of people forget the history of this place when they review it. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was always lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. And the hotel in general was lovely. Definitely will not be my last stay at this place."
