"Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming"

"A boutique accommodation in a beautiful setting with charming rooms and a wonderful onsite restaurant."

"Excellent food served at the hotel restaurant and exceptional breakfast. Great views of the mountains. "

"It was our first time at this Palace. Beautiful place with wonderful amenities and great staff. We had a room in a Palce which was very clea, big and very nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was delicious. The best breakfast we had so far. We used their swimming pool and sauna to relax. Highly recommend."

"Very nice, well kept hotel. Breakfast was great."

"Amazing stay. Beautiful place!"

"In a quiet area, surrounded by old villas, a place with a character. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. Good location, close to hiking trails. We stayed there in May and enjoyed a morning coffee and evening drink on the patio"

"Great location. Near all the attractions. Short walk to the entrance to the Karkonoski Park Narodowy (red trail). "

"Nice and quiet, friendly stuff, great food, excellent location."

"Dog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from."

"Great place, nice service, very big room, great spa zone and breakfast was so tasty "

"Great location, nice modern room. Four star hotel with European standard. Missing a few basic room amenities for American tourists, like tissues, washcloths, ir a chair in the room."

However, the main issue was the bed. It was damaged, noisy and squeaky, which made it very difficult to sleep. On the first day, when we arrived, I spoke by phone with a man from the property. "It’s a very charming and relaxing hotel and spa!! "

"Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, just the room isolation was poor, temperature adjusted as needed, very good and tasty breakfast"

"Big room, plenty of space to sit and relax. Perfect location. Stayed on only for a night but will definitely come back next time visiting Jelenia Góra."
