"The villa is spacious, quiet and very clean. Kadek is the main housekeeper and manages all your needs. She is an amazing human being and the cherry on top of an amazing location and home. The home is less than 50 feet to the gentle low waves of the Bali Sea so you can hear the waves from your room. The landscaping is impeccable and everything is very clean. I will stay here again."

"1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us 2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room) 3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages 4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile 5) There is no manager working on a Sunday Family rooms 1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids 2) They look much better in the photos Overal The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay "
