"I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did."

"was looking forward to our stay in Albena, as we have stayed in this resort before but not at this hotel We were not impressed, no lift 4 flights of stairs and a disabled guest they were informed about.
