No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities. Really liked the fact coffee was only a few steps away from my door and hot water dispenser in the room for tea. Five stars all around for the value. Better than 4 star we were at the nights prior. Hardly any space to walk on the side of the bed. I had to get on bed from bottom of bed. There is really no lobby. There is no coffee facility in room either. The check out time extension is charged by the hour. If your visit falls on Sunday and Monday no museums are open and they can not book you for DMZ due to marathons etc. That is what the only one person at desk told me.
