  • Completely renovated for your comfort. Walk to the soccer fields, football field, skate park, softball fields, pickleball courts and kids playground. Minutes from boat launch on the Colorado River, City Swimming Pool and splash pad for the kids. 2 queen beds with either pillow top or memory foam/gel and a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. Water softener and Reverse Osmosis in kitchen for purified drinking water. 15 minutes to Laughlin, NV casinos and restaurants. 90 minutes to Las Vegas, NV. 30 minutes to CA. Approximately 3 hours to the Grand Canyon.
