Clean room help ful staff

We had an excellent stay here at Jet Luxury Elite at the Signature. Check in went smoothly. We were not told which tower we were staying in until we checked in. We ended up having to walk between the towers which was no problem thanks to their indoor walkway. From start to finish, all the staff we encountered were super nice. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. There were some issues with the bathroom taps leaking however this did not impact our stay. Pool is clean, safe, and comfortable; plenty of beach chairs to relax in. Kitchenette in the room was great. We were satisfied with the hotel location as well, only a 15 min walk to the strip.

Good: Quiet, clean, no smoke smell, kitchette fully equipped, fridge cold, pretty spacious, decent shower water pressure, full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, plenty of towels. Sadly did not use the hot tub so can’t comment on that. Access to MGM Grand Lazy River Pool is also a plus! Bad: Check-in process was a mess. Booked 2 rooms and they had trouble finding my reservation because it was booked through a 3rd party (NEVER had this issue before). Then one of the room seems to have double booked because someone came into the room after us. Contacted Jet Luxury and was told it’s my room, but the other person was saying they told her it’s her room. After about 15 min trying to figure out what happened, the other person then said front desk provided her the wrong room and finally got checked in to the correct room. Front Desk somehow incorrectly assigned the same room to 2 different reservations. Luckily the othe person was nice and seemed like a good person. Honestly we both should’ve gotten compensated (room credit at least) for this mixup.

Wonderful property off the strip and close to shopping and dining. The room was well laid out with ambient lighting choices. Room service was prompt. I was on a high floor and there was no noise from the club. Great food choices on site from cookie bar to full service dining.
