Free breakfast selection was great. Many electric wall sockets in room didn't work, resulting in no TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, and desk lamp. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk and a walk to the front desk only came to a locked door and a "be right back" sign. I gave up after 15 minutes.

The location is good, just off the main road. The rooms are at the back of the site, though, so there is no road noise. The riverwalk is about a block away, and the Laughlin casinos are visible at night. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom updated. The bed was fine for me, but might have been uncomfortable for a couple or for a larger person. The breakfast room offered a good spread with plenty of choices; it was pretty popular and the staff worked hard to keep it stocked. I'll stay there again.

First I would like to say that I picked this hotel because it had good rates. I am happy with my choice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The staff was excellent. They were friendly and check in was smooth. Breakfast was good. Fresh waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. I will say, however, the rooms could have been cleaner and the whole place is run down. Still, I would stay here again.

This place was a great deal and served its purpose. It’s an older property and showing its age. I inspected for bed bugs and found none, which is wonderful - you can find them in any place. The breakfast was very basic, bread, cereal, biscuits with gravy? And occasionally there was sausage, but not a patty but crumbles. On the other hand at that price point it’s amazing they can provide breakfast at all, so I shouldn’t complain. The area around seemed safe enough, but also just a place with empty lots and wind blown trash

I’m really sorry I have a feeling they are picking up this property of poorly back history and they are fresh in someone else’s disaster of bad ownership. They’re bitten at anything to stay a float . Property breakfast rooms . They need a hero . Their kindness is awsomeif they didn’t have that I would say they need to be shut down . But I would give them another shot because here’s something bigger and I think there trying to fix it.

Not recommend.
Not enough towels in the bathroom. The bathroom needs some maintenance and a good scrubbing! our feet seemed to get sticky when we walked on the floor barefooted within the confines of the entire room. Heater/AC Unit needed to be worked on. Possibly a thermostat would be the fix...Breakfast was lousy! food was cold and eggs were like eating a rubber disc. No sausage or potatoes or gravy to go with your biscuit. Unlike a breakfast at other Motels. Days Inn used to be a great Motel, but this one is definitely tired and not maintained very well.

Only stayed one night passing through to Yuma and it was a good stay. Only complaint was that the office was about a block away from the rooms and the ice machines and other amenities were isolated.

My stay in Bullhead
The room was dirty. There were crumbs from chips on the chair, beer on the bathroom counter, and on the dresser, and urine around the toilet bolts. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. There was no drain plug in the sink. The two washers and dryers on the property were both out of order. Friendly and courteous staff.

Victoria, the only complaint we received from you while you were with us was the drain plug. If you walked in and your room and it was truly left in disarray I feel you should have given us the chance to move you in a room up to our standards. This would also help us pin point what housekeeper was assigned to your room which would lead to corrective action to prevent a repeat issue. I am so very sorry for the laundry machines. I have been advised that new machines have been ordered we just have not received them yet. To end on a positive note, I am very pleased to hear my staff provided customer service up to our standards here at the Days Inn Bullhead City! We hope to serve you better next time around. Dirty, smell like an ashtray, the signs non smoking are not even a suggestion. Breakfast? is this a joke? Don't go there under no circumstances.

Find any where else to stay, but don't stay here.
I don't recommend this hotel. My family and I were in the area for my son's wrestling tournament and were planning on staying for the weekend. We ended up checking out early due to the roaches in the room, broken fixtures and over all just not clean. The toilet barely worked, the shower didn't have much water pressure and the room overall wasn't kept up well. We let them know while checking out early and they still don't want to refund our 2nd night's stay even though we told them at 7am. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

There is only 1 little Mexican restuarant within walking distance, no grocery other than 7/11 type. Place has not been kept up by professional repairmen. My door jam had been kicked in at some previous time. Valuables safe was not working.

Days inn used to be one of our favorites places to stay, but for the past 2years, we have noticed that this place has been going down. This time we paid for 3 nights but we didn’t stayed the last night because we couldn’t take it anymore. We arrived on Friday and were never told that there was no hot water at all and when we went to ask the person at the front desk, he was very rude and said that it would be fixed that day but never happened. We reserved the room for 3 people and they only left 2 towels and when we asked, they said to go to the front if we need any. No housekeeping at all, even to freshen up the room and take trash out. The floors were filthy that it looked like they haven’t been mopped for months. The smoke detector had been pulled out and there were only the wires hanging down. We were staying there for a softball tournament so after playing 3 to 4 games per day, we were in desperate need of a shower so we couldn’t stay our 3rd night without a it so we left for another place to take a shower. Very unpleasant experience.

They didn’t have any hot water but that was ok with us. We only spent one night and showered when we got home. They were willing to waive the dog fee because of no hot water.

An experience we don’t want to repeat.
No hot water. H W Tank broken for at least two days. Towel rack in bathroom fell off the wall. No room number on door. asked out reduced rate. Told we booked through third party, deal with them. That’s you guys. Foot of bed sticks out at least six inches from mattress. Dangerous and I have bruises as a result. Front desk guy needs training. Manager is okay, but new to industry. Musty smell in room. Old hotel and needs significant upgrade or repairs. We went there as it was one of only Dr friendly hotels that was not a casino.

There were 3 hairs in the tub. TV didn't work and no one ever came to fix it. Floor was dirty. Lots of people sitting outside their rooms smoking. Worst $110 I've ever spent.

Worst place ever BE AWARE!
Arrived late evening, passing through from Cali to Texas with my older in-laws. Their room stunk like fish and dirty with dog scratches on door. We had a room upstairs. Dirty ish but comfy. Slept a few hours and all of us up and out by 530am. Didn’t even shower. 3 weeks later got an unknown charge on my bank account. For $220. Went nuts thinking I’d been hacked. Called hotel and they proceeded to tell me that in the in-laws room there were dirty sheets. So they charged us. Asked what was on them as we slept a few hours and we were gone. They said they didn’t know. Maybe cigarette burns, blood or?? Asked for pictures and they didn’t have any. Manager then told me he didn’t have time for this and to call Wyndom. Manager told me we signed a paper upon check in that states they can charge us for damages. Well, 3 weeks later and can’t tell me what was damaged? My MIL doesn’t have periods and they were clean and not cut up or soiled at all when we left!! Worst customer service ever to just charge these charges with no email no phone call and 3 weeks after our stay? Did the maid just clean the room? Will never ever stay at a Wyndom affiliated hotel again. Nor any Days Inn hotels. We think maybe they discreetly charge people damages to meet their monthly quotas or something. Be careful and go elsewhere if u can!

I won't stay there again.
The service was good, but the room smelled of cigaratte smoke. The lamp next to the bed didn't work. The walls were really thin. I could hear people beside me watching tv and their sound wasn't up that high. Every morning I was awaken about 3:30 am by people outside the room and people going up the stairs.
