"Sunriver Estate" l 4bd l Pool l Spa l Sleeps 12

  • A beautiful 4000ft estate with room for Friends family. Chiefs' kitchen with all amenities a cook could want. Each room has its own restroom with spa designed stone shower, jetted tub in master suite and large yard for relaxing. Boat and RV parking in large stone driveway. All just 5 min from Laughlin for those who like the night life or min from Colorado river, lake Mohave. 60 min to Vegas or 60 min from Havasu.

    *Monthly Rental Optional please contact host for details and Rate. Garage only available for long term rentals of 30 days or more. Garage not available to short term guest of under 30 days. **Unfortunately due to family allergies we donot allow pets of any kind at the property by Guest or visitor. . if pets are found to be on the property a non-refundable $250 per pet per day fee will be applied to the guest stay.Guest are welcome to use the pool and spa however they are not heated. Spa can be heated for additional daily fee of ($200) 2 day minimum.
