Smelled like sulfur
The check-in process was easy. Upon arrival we noticed a strong smell. I contacted the owner immediately. He had a plumber come out the following day, but not without disruption of our vacation. We were asked to stay there to allow the plumbers access. The owner agreed to accommodate me with a 5 day complimentary stay at a later date but now wont return the communication. He did not KEEP HIS WORD! I will be contacting Vrbo directly. The house was clean and the very few appliances worked. Make sure you bring everything you need for cooking, showering and washing because there is nothing complementary here.

I apologize for the unforseing condition on the house. I know My plumber took care of the issue in a timely manner.I do need to say when you requested the 5 days brvo recommend to stop that conversation that wasn't my decision. I try my best to provide all families the best Guest service when using my house. I am very sorry I couldn't met your expectations.

Stayed here on a quick trip to house hunt. Place was clean and very spacious. We only had one issue which is that the oven did not work. Other than that, was a great place to stay. Excellent location

Good in some aspects and bad in others.
Ok for just me and spouse since master bedroom king bed was OK. The other beds mattresses were impossible to sleep on. MY COMPANY HAD TO LEAVE AND GET A HOTEL ROOM much to my embarrassment. Owner had just replaced the master mattresses but not the remaining beds. The rest of the house and stay were fine. The owner was very nice but the sleeping situation but a big negative on the stay.

Perfect for our needs
Stayed here with 3 friends. We were fishing in a local tournament and this property gave each of us our own bed and bedroom. The house was a bit warm when we got there but cooled off nicely once the air was turned on. There is also one bedroom that heats up during the day but there is a fan to help draw cool air into that room. This property was perfect for our needs and we will want to stay here again.

Home away from home
We had a very nice stay. We received instructions from Ray regarding check-in and had no issues accessing the property. Instructions for the property and wifi access are on the wall. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property has very good AC. It just takes a while for it to cool the house down but once it does, it's nice and cool. We will be looking to book again, if available.

Amazing stay
Ramon was very kind the whole booking process! The place was very clean and spacious too. The AC took awhile to get cold even tho we went early in the morning to turn it on, it was still warm inside after being gone all day. But after that, it was freezing inside!!

Lake trip
Rented this property for our annual family lake trip. House setup was great and was a perfect fit for our family. When we arrived it was so hot and it took a while for the A/C to cool the house down but we went out for a while and when we got back it was much better. Other than that it was great. That k you Ray for allowing is to rent out your property.

This home was located close to launch ramp, which was our desire, but the ramp was absolutely chaotic and people were just not nice. Enjoyed staying at this home, but that boat ramp is not conducive to boaters, just wave runners and rental companies (rude, foul mouthed drivers). We did HOWEVER find a lovely beach spot down the way on the second day. Perhaps if you're staying here to go boating, drive up to Katherine's Landing instead. Thanks to Ray! He was fantastic to deal with and responded quickly (need a few more bath towels and toilet paper :p)

Home has been renovated nicely. Comfortable place!
Owner communicates fast and is easy going. Home is lovely and comfortable. Price is right for a larger home and lots of parking. Quiet nieghborhood. Close to stores, the lake and the casinos. I have stayed here twice and will most likely stay here again.

We got there and it was very nice and clean. The AC there was a life saver it cooled the whole house very quickly. The beds were very comfortable and clean! Also the neighbors do not disturb you whatsoever which was a great!

Great House!
The house was very spacious and nice, it was in good condition. The location is great since it is close to the river and casinos. The neighborhood is very calm and it has good parking. All the appliances were in good condition. We would recommend to a friend and we would come back!
