Clean and well kept newer house. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. We very much enjoyed the outdoor space with view of the river and mountains on the Horizon. Easy check in with no reason to communicate with the owner after check in. T
I want to let everyone know up front I hate reviews. We are way over surveyed. But in this case I believe the property mananagemnt deserves a high five. I've rented many homes over the years. I have never felt so comfortable, ever! This is the best place for a family. If you want a true family experience, this is it. The only regret I have, is not staying longer.
Nice size property with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. Home and kitchen had everything you need for a great stay. Neighborhood had great access to everything.
Had a awsome time, like the house very clean and great view. The only think is when river goes down boat and seedoos were on the bottom. But i would stay there again!!! Cant wait for the next time.
Stayed here with my family for a long weekend. House was very comfortable, spacious, cool, nice, and plenty of supplies. Everyone was very happy! Perfect, zero complaints, would definitely stay again. Added plus, it’s fun to watch people load/ unload their water toys at the launch ramp. Free entertainment!

Beautiful house, rough neighborhood.
Beautiful clean home, spacious, upscale appliances, nice courtyard with jacuzzi, fenced in for dog.
This is not a bad review just people need to know the neighborhood is rough, I did not walk my dogs near the rental, we took dogs to huge city park just 10 minutes away and casinos 20 minutes away. We appreciate the dog friendly opportunity. I would recommend if you want a fantastic rental in bullhead city but know the location in not ideal.
Thank you to the host.
This house was really nice. Very roomy. The back yard was great for our pups and us sitting on the patio. You could be in the sun or shade. Nice lawn chairs too. The living room had awesome furniture with 3 power recliners in the sectional couch. There were 3 other reclining chairs with separate ottomans. Upstairs master bedroom was huge and comfy bed. Had some issues with the hot tub but when we reported it, they started working on it and ordering parts. Still needed parts when we left. A very nice house.

Dirty, and bad neighborhood
The property was dirty, lots of dead crickets, full dirty dishwasher, the hot tub didn’t work (the power kept tripping every 5 min), the property was located next to Mobil home. The river was disgusting. I had to leave a day early. I will not recommend or stay there. The owner did refund the cleaning fee due to the house being dirty.

Nice house, needs some repairs
The house is big and has plenty of space for everyone. Only problem we had with the house was the door handle in the upstairs bedroom kept falling off when you tried to open it from inside the bedroom. The house is located in an older neighborhood with a lot of older mobile homes some of which are really rundown. There was no criminal activity just older homes. There is a veterans memorial right behind the house. It's a nice place to walk through. There are a lot of people constantly hanging out around the parking lot and boat dock that is right behind the house so not the place to go if you want quiet and privacy. Locals hanging around there are very nosy. The jacuzzi does not work properly. It would only stay running with the jets on low speed. If you turn the jets on high it constantly trips the breaker. The repair guy that was sent out while we were there didn't seem to know much about fixing it and basically just told me to either use it with jets on low or the heater turned off since it trips the breaker if the jets are high and the heater comes on. When we booked the property, the listing said there was a kayak and a paddle board available for use. We were not informed that they were no longer available.
Our stay at the Ruby Red was comfortable and relaxing. Kelly was responsive and her home is lovely with lots of space to lounge around and many nice amenities. The views are beautiful and made for some great sunsets. Although we enjoyed our stay, there were some things that made our vacation fall short of our expectations. Three days before our stay, Kelly informed us that the hot tub was not working and they were waiting on a part. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive until after our stay. We were also looking forward to using the kayak and paddle board, but they had been tossed prior to our stay and we weren’t informed of that until we inquired. Kelly stated she would remove the kayak and paddle board from the listing but they were still listed as of the time of this review. Also, the water level is pretty low immediately surrounding the dock and you would have to wade through the grass to get to open water, so it isn’t really swimmable. Our kids had no interest in jumping off the dock, though we did do a bit of fishing. Lastly, there is a bright street light between the backyard and adjacent property, ten feet from the hot tub. Although this is out of Kelly’s control, if you were hoping to do any star gazing from the back yard, the street light makes that impossible. Between the heat and the street light, the backyard attracted a lot of grasshoppers, making the patio not usable at night. Though our stay was very relaxing, our best memories were made away from the property.
Overall it was a good stay. Minor things like outdoor furniture cushion were in such bad need of being replaced it was like sitting on frame. Could have been a little cleaner
After a very stressful 2020, and now the craziness of 2021, we were very much in need of a Family Vacation. The home was exactly what I expected. I felt so secluded from the world, in a fantastic riverfront home with my family. A hidden gem! I highly recommend.

Waterfront maybe, but you cannot swim or dock your jet skii!
The house was very nice and Kelly was quick to answer questions. However, if you are there for the river and plan to swim and dock your toys you will not be able to. We stayed four days and only took the jet ski out Tuesday at 2:00 pm and Thursday’s at 4:30!!! The water in the cove was so gross and packed with weeds and black slush we could not even float if we wanted to!! So disappointing!
Property is as described, items included in the property such as kitchen supplies, kayak, swim pad, dock, made the stay very comfortable. Host was very accommodating as well. I recommend this as a must stay.
The river front picture is a horrible tease. You can’t even launch watercraft because the dirty weeds that will get stuck in the motor and the water level is only two inches deep until about 5 pm when it goes up. But by then the day is almost over. The fridge was filthy. There were hairs in the bed sheets. Other than that the house was nice.
