"We booked a last minute city break with the family. Travelling with 12 & 14 year old. We arrived quite last and the reception was still open and the guy was very friendly and got us checked in and to the room in a speedy manner. The room was a suite and very spacious with a bedroom on the first floor and a large room on the ground. Very modern and clean. Both rooms had en-suite. The bar was excellent to sit at before heading out in the evening. Very well positioned hotel to explore Bruges. Parking in the adjacent underground car park very easy. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel."

"The property was absolutely stunning and the house was adorable. Rabbits came to the door and the sunrise was beautiful. We did however, have concern with the hosts communication. There was no soap available after we finished what little was left. We had planned on riding bikes into Bruges but the tires were not fully filled with air and the air pump was difficult to use. We felt everything should have been ready to use. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"Wonderful location It was a very pleasant surprise meeting the owners in such a beautiful location. The large Magnolia tree is enormous and was blooming, So happy me. I wish that they will have a lot of loges in this wonderful little paradise:) When I will be around I definitely will book my stay.(hope it will not be full at that time) A place to see, sleep and relax."

"Great location for exploring the region. Regular speedy train links to Bruges and Ghent. Great accommodation, comfortable, quiet, peaceful and your host provides a friendly welcome and a superb breakfast too. Recommended "
