"We were greeted right away when we walked in to get checked in. We were able to park our Harley Davidson trike close to the building where it was safe. The rooms were very clean. The old chair in the room needs to be updated. Close to the CAT ferry for getting ready to get on. The restaurant was ok, there wasn't a lot to choose from. We would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay in Yarmouth! The apartment was very clean and well appointed with attention to any visitors preferences. I think we might have been there during the only few days that this could be an issue, being on the coast, but it did get a bit warm at nights. Though the street noise may have been an issue, some relief may have been provided if some windows could be opened at the front of the apartment to provide a cross breeze. Ultimately we were happy to have the exceptionally warm weather to enjoy the many beaches that surround Yarmouth. The stay exceeded our expectations and these accommodations were the cherry on the cake!Thank you so much."

"Overall, Very spacious property for 2 people. Very clean and great location. Host did respond, after a couple of attempts, with additional guidance to gain access to the property. Parking is good. Location is great. My recommendations for improvement are:Add power strips and places to charge phones, tablets, etc, especially bedside and living room area. Provide better comms prior to arrival regarding site access. Provide better comms about where to find information within the unit regarding wi-fi and TV function. I am typically very good at using TV APPS when traveling, however, it was difficult to sign into TV Apps at this property. I found the price point a little high. I would say your price is at least 50 high based on my travel experiences. Not sure if you ever miss rental opportunities due to this but you likely do. Overall, I liked the design, the feel, the cleanliness, the location, the spaciousness and the outside spaces. Much Good here."

"Location was good and access upstairs also good. A couple negatives are the beds are too low and the railing coming up the stairs was also very low. Needs a reular size coffee maker. I did call plice two nights for excessive music from next door till 2:00 AM."
