"It was just a quick stop between flights for us. But it was exactly what we needed, a quiet place to rest before our next flight. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the surrounding area quiet. We arrived after hours and left before reception opened but staff contacted us prior to arrival and ensured a key was available in the after hours key box. Would stay agin ! Thanks"

"Booked the executive suite to relax after being on the road for days. Got a room with a spa to help ease painful medical conditions, but there was no hot water. We were warned the spa would drip, however this was an extreme understatement, as the tap ran as though turned on. The shower was barely warm and ran out before two people could comfortably shower. The entire place was booked out with teenagers from a sports team of a school. They had their massage room set up next to our room which was also used as their general go to area to “hang out” at 6:00am, right outside our room with its paper thin walls. When we brought up these issues at the front desk we were told “well, they are teenage boys, they have long showers”, noting here that there were 90 or so of these boys using the entire hot water system, and no one had considered other guests during their stay. Will absolutely not recommend this hotel. We would have chosen to stay elsewhere had we been told in advance that the entire place was booked out for a grammar school sports team. The lady at the front desk was rude and offered no acknowledgment of discomfort caused, with multiple remarks of “what do you want me to do about it?!” If you want to book a hotel where the staff have your needs in mind, avoid this hotel. "

"Very nice stay with everything you would need. Breakfast was fresh assortment of fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal and coffee. Very accommodating and treated us like family. We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices."

"The accommodation was lovely and very peaceful to stay at. Was just what we needed. It was mostly very clean and if we did not have an item they were very prompt in assisting us and getting us what we needed. Would stay here again."
