"First time visiting SXM and it did not disappoint! La Vista was beautiful. Our room was on the upper level and we had an amazing view of the bay. We spent our time at the lower pool by the beach. Great sunsets. The location was excellent, we walked most places and took the bus when needed. Highly recommend staying here! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie! The space was perfect for our family of three adult couples, with a bedroom and bathroom for each of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, toaster, toaster oven, range, coffee maker, blender, and a refrigerator and separate freezer. Also we appreciated use of the washer and dryer in the kitchen.There was also a stack of beach towels for our use and fresh water in a water cooler.The back patio with the pool and water feature and ample lounging space was very relaxing. The view to the water was beautiful by day and in the early evenings.Sea la Vie is located a walkable distance from restaurants and grocery stores. One evening we walked a mile to Toppers Rhum Distillery for a tour. Marigot and Philipsburg are not a long drive, with lots of shopping and dining. We especially liked Little Bay Beach and visited there twice. We also enjoyed the St Peter’s Hill hike and visiting Fort Amsterdam and the Fort in Marigot. Also we rented two cars, and were able to park them both in the garage, which was very convenient. Michael was helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for our stay at your home! "

This home quite literally saved our trip.From the moment we walked in, we felt relief. The house was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable — something we especially appreciated after several sleepless nights — and everyone in our group finally got the rest we needed.The pool was fantastic. Clean, refreshing, and the perfect place to unwind and reset. It became our happy place almost immediately.The location could not have been better. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, a small store, and local shops. Having everything so accessible made the rest of our stay easy and enjoyable.What started as a vacation disaster turned into a wonderful memory because of this property.
