"SO I LOVED HOW THEY HAD WASHER AND DRYER MACHINES ONSITE AND THEY HAVE A LAUNDRY BASKET AND WASH DETERGENT FOR YOU IN ROOM. THEIR IS A GROCERY STORE IN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL. THE PELICAN GRILL RESTAURANT THERE WAS GOOD. THEY HAVE BEAN BAG TOSS AND SHUFFLE BOARD AT THE HOTEL BY THE POOL AND HOT TUB. THEY HAVE TWO CABANAS ON SITE BY THE POOL AND HAVE A BEACH SET UP AROUND THE HOTEL WITH CHAIRS AND ALL.THEY ALSO HAVE WEEKLY ACTIVITIES FOR YOU TO DO DURING YOUR STAY LIKE DOMINO TOURNAMENTS, TRIVIA , WATER EXERCISE AND SO MUCH MORE."

"What we loved: This is a very beautiful condo with amazing views. It was very clean and had great aesthetics. We really loved having our own private pool and enjoyed sitting on the deck at night and in the morning. We also loved having a washer and dryer. The showers were very nice and had good pressure with bottles of nicely smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Location was very convenient to many good restaurants. Host was friendly and responsive. The stuff we didn’t like: We did not cook meals there, but noticed the kitchen was not as well stocked as other places we’ve stayed at, so if you plan to cook keep this in mind. The living room furniture is very hard with no cushioning. We were traveling with our 2 adult children (male and female). The sofa pulls out to a bed but our adult daughter, who slept there, said it was like sleeping on a floor. The other thing we did not like was that both bathrooms were in the bedrooms and were not separate rooms so there is no privacy aside from a wall in front of the toilet (no door). If one had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, turning the light on would light up the whole bedroom and all bathroom noises, smells, etc were not private (again an issue if you have someone sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room). This would not be as much of an issue with just couples. Overall, though, would stay here again. We are already missing the beautiful views!!!"

"The villa was wonderful. Great location and a great floor plan for a multi-generational family vacation. What fell short was our experience with the host property management company. Every time we reported an issue (such as incomplete bedding in the bunk room, ice machine not working, or a leaking coffee carafe) they were defensive and required us to prove the issue before they would address it. Either a new property manager or a more cooperative attitude from the current one would make this an incredibly great place to enjoy all that Sint Maarten has to offer!"
