"The hotel is being upgraded but the service was exceptional - there was an issue pre-stay with our room due to the ongoing upgrades and they more than rectified it. That’s how customer service should be - well done!
Family of 4 stayed - we will be back. Can’t wait to see it once everything is finished. "
