Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mit 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, 75 qm

Ruhig gelegenes Anwesen im Aussenbereich von Burgkirchen /Alz. Ideal für die Erholung, zum Spazieren gehen und Radfahren. Das Haus ist befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe zwischen Burgkirchen und Hirten. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind 100 Meter entfernt. Die meisten Gäste nutzen dies als Ausgangspunkt um verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen, zum Relaxen oder Wandern und Radfahren. Das Haus ist umgeben von viel Natur. Bei Fönwetter haben wir einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Alpenkette. Burghausen mit der längsten Burg der Welt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und der Wallfahrtsort Altötting ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Ein Grillplatz, ein Tischtennisraum und ein Fitnessraum in dem sich ein Billardtisch befindet sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung (ca.75 qm) zum Wohlfühlen, bestehend aus Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern, Flur, Bad, Küche und Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem sehr ruhig gelegenen Anwesen, ohne Nutztiere, nur mit Alpakas, in der Nähe von Burgkirchen an der Alz. Der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Ein Pavillon und ein Grillplatz kann benutzt werden. Im Keller befinden sich ein Tischtennisraum, Kicker, Dart, Billard und ein Fitnessraum zur freien Benutzung für unsere Gäste.

Wonderful Quiet Farm with Tons of Space

Loved the 2 bedroom apartment. My daughter loved the entire farm, especially the Alpacas. We spent almost an hour just watching and interacting with the Alpacas and the farmhouse was perfect. Such a beautiful setting. Large apartment space and a nice balcony. Would highly recommend if you are in the area. Host was very warm and inviting. If you want to get off the "beaten path" in a great area of Germany, I cannot recommend it enough.
