Quiet holiday home in the countryside

The property is located in the rural area of Burgkirchen.
It is a cozy apartment on the 1st floor of a farmhouse (no animals, only alpacas).
In the apartment has been paid to the use of natural materials.
Available is a bathroom incl. Washing machine, toilet, bathroom and shower room, a fitted kitchen, a living room with TV, 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
In good weather you have a wonderful view of the mountains.
It is a quiet, secluded place where hiking. Also bicycle tours on the designated cycle paths invite.
In case of bad weather in the basement, a table tennis room, table football and darts, a fitness room with a billiards table and a bar Relaxe be used.
