"Room was clean, bed comfortable. But very noisy. The walls were thin as paper. People waking up at 3:30 to take showers and we can hear everyone around us."

"this hotel is always wonderful to stay at. no real amenities to speak of but there is a meijer directly across the street. something was being built the last i was there but i am unsure what it was going to be will for sure being staying here again. I stay a couple times a year in this exact location."

"My only issue is the fact that i reserved a jacuzzi room and I was they didn't have any when i arrived to the hotel. Not only did Expedia show available Jacuzzi rooms but so did Red Roofs actual website. At the very least they could have given me the heads up. I was also charged the rate for the Jacuzzi room. They employee blamed it on Expedia. I drove further and paid more expecting the room i paid for. "

"The ceiling lights at the front of the room did not work, and the back door leaked quite a bit during the rain storm.Also kitchen did not have nearly enough coffee mugs.Otherwise the place was very clean and fit our needs well. The view of the river with eagles and herons flying around was awesome!"

"Our room had an exterior entrance vs. an interior entrance. I usually prefer an interior entrance for security purposes, but the area seemed safe. Some of the other rooms did have an interior entrance. I think I would have slept better if we had been located in a different area of the hotel as the garbage truck came at 4:30 am and woke us due to the loud noises while it was there. The breakfast was excellent, probably one of the best complementary breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel. Everything was fresh and well-stocked with friendly staff."

"It's under construction, which I knew prior to booking...BUT you walk in and the most beautiful aroma wafting through, the cleanliness of lobby, being greeted be the staff and she was so very nice. Our room was amazing, on 3rd floor, very quiet. Beds were so comfy, we slept from 9 to 830. No aches and pains, all sleep. Did I mention Zero? The hair and ody products...omgosh! Yes, amazon dun got my order! Loved it!!! Breakfast was also above the bar. Coffee not weak. Just an amazing experience all the way around."
