"Breakfast was great, pool was relaxing and clean, staff super helpful and friendly, room was big, comfy, and super spacious. Very clean overall, only problem was 1 elevator was down and other was super slow, but there are stairs and there were signs communicating the problems with the elevator."

"The pool and hot tub were cleaned and ph checked daily. The splash pad was also there for the tots. Bathroom in pool area was also a plus. Hotel offers shuttle service to areas within a mile radius. This included transport to Globe Life Field, Six Flags over Texas. I was in town for The American Rodeo. They did charge for transport to Globe Life Field for this event but I was glad I didn't have to fight traffic. You just had to call when you were ready for pickup. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and biscuits for breakfast. The biscuits were delicious. If you wanted extra towels, you just need to ask at front desk. All the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Our second time staying here. The front desk staff is so nice. The house keepers barely speak any English and have to ask for house keeping which is a small downside. Beds are super comfy. Stayed 10 nights. Slept well except for the last 2 nights there was lots of noise down the hall, people shouting and slamming doors."

"I thought the beds were super comfortable. The spa was nice and hot. Overall, this hotel was overpriced and kind of run down, it seemed dingy. They have a huge parking lot, yet they charge $20 per night for parking which is completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this hotel."

"This property was very upscale but everyone was absolutely happy and ready to help! It was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was convenient to walk to the Globe Life Field. Literally it was just across the street from it. Restaurant and sports bars were also as convenient. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list of favorites!"
