We have stayed here at least 3 times while visiting our daughter at UVM. It's clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. It has a tavern to get a bite to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and sound proof. It's reasonably priced and we love the welcome cookie.

Holiday Inn Express South Burlington Downtown by IHG
The hotel is comfortable but being woken up at 6:30am after arriving to the hotel close to midnight with banging and loud talking in the hallway from the staff nead the laundry room was just uncalled for.
