The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, and it’s always a pleasure to be greeted by name (I stay here often). Their genuine friendliness and caring attitude set the tone for a great 3 day stay. The parking accommodations are convenient and hassle-free, making it easy to get in and out of the hotel. This is a huge plus, especially when you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or after a long drive. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was top-notch. Their pizza is amazing and highly recommended! The front desk team has always been solid, consistently providing excellent service. It’s clear they remember their regular guests and go out of their way to make each stay special. Their warmth and attentiveness are truly appreciated. "

"The hotel on the outside looks really run down, the staff were nice enough though. The rooms were pleasantly updated and modern. The bed was nice and comfortable. It’s a great location being so close to Six Flags Great America. Was just what we needed for the location and the price! "
