Comfy bed

The hotel could use some upgrading and attention. The service was great. Breakfast was lacking. Unless you like could cereal and instant oatmeal. Beds were comfortable and pillows were awesome. The shower head was not great and the tub creaked really loud every time I shifted my weight.

Although it needs a good deep cleaning, and much of the appearance of it looking unclean is due to wear and tear. However, I rated my overall stay as excellent due to the kindness of the staff and the weekend of the place as I needed rest after working 12 days straight. Kind staff!

This is pretty close to being one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff was nice, location was convenient. However the stench of mildew and wet dog was overbearing down the hotel hallways. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Dead bugs on the bed spread. Loose toilet seat and tank. Would not recommend.

The most unique thing about the Hotel were the perfect atmosphere and people. There was an old lady there who was like my grandmother and she came up and sat with me while I waited on my ride. Everyone was awesome. Great stay and God bless that whole staff there.

Nothing the property can do about the drag strip outside the motel, but it was noisy. It didn't keep us up at night if we ran the AC and our personal white noise machine. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, a plus. We would stay again.

No frills

This is a no frills hotel. Carpet and bedspreads are pretty old and could use a deep cleaning. To room smells a little smoky but not too bad. Probably just the age of the furniture. It did have a window that opened that was wonderful. Breakfast consisted of cereal and some muffins. This was as expected and the dining area was clean.

CONS: Our bedspread was filthy with old food on it. Bathroom door handle was hanging off. Glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. Completely unnecessary. Breakfast was advertised from 6 to 9am. We checked first at 618am and then again at 720am. Nothing. Tried to ring the bell to ask someone and no one ever came. PROS: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure was good. Room was good size.

Where do I start. Checked in early. Person was friendly. Came back at 11pm to go to my room….key doesn’t work. I come downstairs and The person at desk is waiting for me with new key. How the hell did he know I needed a new key? He gives me key to 303. I thought I was 313 but maybe I was mistaken. Went to get in my room. It was locked from the inside thank God. I Go back downstairs and find out that I was actually in 313. Which I thought from the beginning. Got into my room. Lamps broken and the room and hotel smells like old hotel rot. I paid over $120 for this terrible experience. Word to the wise. If you see Super 8. Run the other way

I paid for our motel room through Orbitz. When we checked in, they took my credit card for any other expenses, including adding the motel cost. When I checked out, they told me that the $72 would be removed later that day. When it was not removed that day, I called the next day and they told me to wait three days for it to be removed. Now it has been six days and it has yet to be removed. I called again and they told me to wait longer. I am very disappointed with the lack of helpfulness and service. The motel is old with damaged furniture. The shower floor squeaked from being installed incorrectly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. When we return to Woodstock, we will not be going to this motel as they have not fixed the problem of paying for the motel twice.
