Nobody came to clean our room. We stayed 12/30 and out 1/1. The parking is so expensive, $19 per night thats unbelievable. Not even a valet parking. Everything is over price inside great wolf. The room is very expensive yet no free bottled water . So, how can I make a coffee or tea. You give us free coffee and tea to make.

Bait and switch galore. Everything is way overpriced. 17 dollars for a white claw??? No place really for adults to sit while the kids play downstairs. Dunkin donuts only open until 12, forcing you to get an afternoon coffee somewhere else outside. No hot tubs!

Awesome establilshment!!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The lodge smelled amazing, the staff was very friendly, and helpful. It was also very close to restaurants and Six Flags Great America, which was literally 4 minutes away. Overall we have amazing stay, and will definitely come back again!
