"Positives: Location right on the beach. Nice beach view inside room. AC cold for hot summer weather. Parking staff very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Front desk staff very clam and nice when I inquired to leave one night early. Negatives: LOUD music from 9am to 10pm. Our room is on the 2nd floor so can’t really sit in our balcony to enjoy the beach view for too long. This hotel feels more like a motel. Bathroom felt old and dirty. Room next door had young kids crying and screaming till around 11pm (shortly after loud music stopped). Bathroom located on ground floor was very dirty. Overall, will not stay at Lani Kai again. "

"Best deal in town during off season. Great location. Beautiful hotel. Only downside is that although the common areas have been beautifully redone, the rooms themselves are due for renovations. Still a lovely hotel, just hopeful for future room updates."

"Estoy tan feliz con este hotel y su gran equipo. He ido a muchos hoteles y puedo decir que ninguno lo supera. La primera noche no enfrió el aire acondicionado y al siguiente día lo comentamos con la recepción cuando llegamos de la playa y hay mismo nos resolvieron y nos movieron de habitación. Es un lugar que regresaré muy pronto. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Un lugar extremadamente limpio. Si personal muy amigable y profesional. La atención en este hotel el VIP para todos los huéspedes. No tengo una sola cosa negativa que decir. Quedamos muy felices con nuestro viaje a Náples. Sin duda es el mejor lugar para quedarse en esa ciudad. "

"Great place to stay - loved the location, staff and amenities just wish the rooms were more updated. The bathrooms need better lighting and the TV in bedroom was too high on the wall compared to bed. "
