You are also app. 1 hour from the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads. Mountain Air private roads are plowed and salted for any snow events or ice.
PLEASE NOTE that the cottage is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their neighborhood.

The home affords year round access, and is great for groups of any and all ages. The home is situated just outside of Burnsville, NC, affording privacy for everyone to relax & enjoy the feel of the WNC mountains.

While at the Villa, everyone enjoys all that the home has to offer; from the garage Game Room, multiple Great Room fireplaces, and of course the spectacular decks, where you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
