"We were put down beside the Spa so we heard a lot of foot traffic while in our room. We had a light flickering for a while but settled as well. Location was fantastic and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly! :) "

"Room was clean and well presented, however there was mould noted around the window area which was disappointing for a recently redecorated room. Hotel was clean and tidy on entering and staff were welcoming. Would come back for another visit as it is positioned in a great location for Edinburgh. "

Basically but they do not want to bed has hair dusty little bugs which i bit by my face bed stinky like pee room heater not working they have to call maintenance all the time room alarmef on us for no reason carpet dirty you paid for a hotel that is not a hotel 4 star at all
i should have stayed outside that is the feeling no shampooo no body wash i have yo call but phone not workjnv i havd to go all thd way down from 7th floor to lobby "

"The location is perfect if you don't want to over pay for your stay and be in old town via tram in 20 minutes , It was very quiet area , right next to transportation to old town, shopping mall right next to the area ,we enjoyed shopping the daily needs with local and very friendly people "

"Fantastic hotel. Great location, near to restaurants & pubs. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a must. Sadly never tried the spa or pools. "
