Absolutely exceptional stay at Hotel du Vin Edinburgh—truly a five-star experience from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The staff set the tone immediately—professional, warm, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal, which is rare and made a lasting impression.
What stood out most was how accommodating the team was with our requests. Nothing felt like a burden to them—they handled everything efficiently and with a level of care that made us feel completely looked after.
The hotel itself is stunning—full of character, beautifully maintained, and effortlessly blending comfort with elegance. Every detail, from the rooms to the common areas, reflected quality and charm.
