"A very safe place to stay. Everything was clean and functioning. The sheets were crisp. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Especially the front desk. I don’t remember the lady’s name, but the gentleman was Arlando. They were both very kind."
"Poor organization no coffee in room no glasses no sugar. TV don’t work. Telephone doesn’t work, , Boat did not work. Waste of time to say there , unintelligent, on their website room rates are higher than HOTEL.com 90$ less Hotel is for locals to have picnic"
"Nice size room, lovely view from the front porch. Two pools were nice to sit by. The door lock didn’t feel safe but the resort requires a code to enter.
There’s not much to do nearby other than enter the tourist port for restaurants and tourist shopping. "
"The staff was all amazing here. The gym was state of the art. The food was a little more expensive than I would have liked, but was very delicious. Pool and patio area was very nice. The one and only thing I would have loved to help off set the price of food around us was a microwave. The room had a coffee machine and small refrigerator but nothing to heat up left overs. But overall I would love to stay in this hotel again."
"The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on?
The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). As a result, we just shook out the sheets outside and remade the bed. No mattress pad so the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was a bit shabby as well … chips and scratches in the paint on the walls, especially by the closet doors.
The staff was great at check-in and check-out and the bathroom was clean. Overall, not a great experience, but not absolutely horrible either."
"Triggerfish was great. We stayed one night transitioning from Caye Caulker to flying home. The pool was wonderful to lounge in on the provided floaties. We were able to walk to a great restaurant for dinner. The breakfast prior to our departure was perfect."
