9.6/10 Exceptional! (327 reviews)
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,435 reviews)
We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets.
The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all.
The staff is amazing and very friendly.

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, we were offended that they waited until we were gone before charging us for parking on my credit card. The receptionist told us that the parking was included in our bedroom price."
