Paradise Hotel Busan
The experience overall was very smooth and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. However, you can tell the rooms are a bit old but it was still a comfortable room. We got an ocean view room with terrace and the view was amazing!

Service was quite meh - reception staff was not helpful when asking for more info, seemed distant and cold. Worse was the over-crowded executive lounge - crazy long wait of at least 30 min so we gave up on our free welcome champagne. There was no offer to send to our room despite the wait. Long queue ...
