"The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. We were very impressed by how quickly the management team responded to a few maintenance issues. We really enjoyed the abundant wildlife on the island. TV access to local channels would be a real enhancement via Direct TV or Dish. "

"The house was clean, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. Overall this house was one of our best short term rental experiences. However the screen porch needs repair to be able to enjoy it when the mosquitoes are out - most of the time - and some of that furniture needs replacing. "

"The space was as pictured and was very comfortable for a family of four. This is the second time we stayed on Harbor Island and we loved being in the upper unit. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the washer and dryer were great. The unit does not come with beach towels or chairs so we needed to go buy some in order to enjoy the facilities fully. "

"Perfect location. Very quiet. Able to walk the beach or spend time on the pier. Brought our dog, he loved it! House has lots of pots/pans and kitchen utensils to cook. Only a 10 minute or so drive to Walmart. Would highly recommend anyone to stay!"
