"We just returned home from spending 4 wonderful nights in Merri’s lovely condo. Everything about it was perfect… Beautiful unobstructed ocean view from the living room balcony, that could also be seen from the kitchen, as well as a large double window in the master bedroom that overlooks the pool area and the ocean. The mattress and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. All necessities (toiletries, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom tissue, paper towels, etc.) were provided. There is a regular coffeemaker (plenty of filters are provided) and also a Keurig single serve coffeemaker. Everything was spotlessly clean, and, even though we didn’t need the second bedroom, the layout is perfect for a small family or two couples traveling together. Harbour Island itself is incredible… Private, secure, boardwalks leading to a beautiful beach area, and multiple pools. Merri is an amazing host… She has gone above and beyond to ensure an absolutely seamless stay for her guests. I would strongly encourage anyone visiting the South Carolina Sea Islands to take advantage of her gracious hospitality!"

"The fan remote needs a backing the battery kept falling out. The kitchen water faucet needs fixing. The beach chairs are old and rusty but we totally enjoyed our stay. The views are breathtaking. Short walk to the beach. The pool could use a good cleaning. Everyone was friendly and the beds slept great!! We will be back!! Everywhere we ate was great."

"Clean vintage condo and furnishings equipped with all kitchen and bath essentials. It’s on the first floor so we experienced some noise from other tenants but that’s to be expected. Really enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the beachfront porch. It’s a little further from the beach than expected but the boardwalk is in excellent condition. The beach disappears at high tide but there was still plenty of time to enjoy long walks on the beach at other times. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely consider a return trip."

"We had a wonderful week at Mercedes’ home. The house was beautiful and comfortable, and Mercedes was incredibly responsive and gracious throughout our stay. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and thoughtfully. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would gladly recommend her home to others."

"Beautiful view from this condo! My husband and I and 3 of our friends stayed at this condo for 3 nights so we could attend a wedding on Harbor Island, SC this past weekend. Overall, the condo was clean and met our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable! But some of the smaller details could have been a little better, such as the toaster did not work. I did advise the owner, so I'm sure he'll get that replaced before the next guests arrive. If we come back into this area, we would rent this condo again. :)"

"Loved how clean and spacious it was. Perfect for 4 adults or a family with children. Was surprised but thankful for the amount of extra towels and bedding as well as supplies in the kitchen for cleaning. Overall we loved the place and had a great time while there. Would love to stay there again."

"We’ve been coming to Harbor Island for several years. The condo we normally rent was not available, so we took a chance and tried a new rental company and a new unit. Wow! The condo was gorgeous and very well equipped with excellent finishes and appliances, as well as all the dishes and cooking paraphernalia you could ask for. We definitely will be back!"
