"The staff at the front desk continued on personal call for 10” while I waited to check in. The hotel is showing its age but their ability to accommodate a family of five in a single room the night before departure was more than worth it. "

"The room was outstanding, I slept really good."

"Public areas, elevators, hallways were dirty. Garbage receptacle were filled."

"I changed three rooms after I arrived. They were all noisy for one reason or another. I am a light sleeper and need a quiet place to sleep. Also, the heater took a lot of time to heat up the room. The restaurant closes after breakfast and opens at 5 for room service. "

"Didn’t care for the shower…handle was shaky and hard to control the water temperature. Otherwise my stay was ok. "

"Overall okay but we needed the pull out and it was rusted and horrible. Hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Room was nice other than that. We just figured it out. Sad as we will not stay here again bc we usually want 3 beds. My adult kids not like sleeping together. It works for the few hours we stayed there. "
