"They were doing renovations and what is completed is really nice. There is no elevator and no hot tub/spa so that was disappointing. Our room was on second floor and they were in the process of removing the carpeting so it was a bit treacherous. We are older and have a lot of steps at home so that didn't concern us but the hand rail did not go all the way up to the top and that did concern me. It should wrap around and attach to the wall so you can make it up the last step safely. Our room was clean and comfortable."
