"There is only one pancake machine, and a long wait. My son wanted pancakes, but we couldn’t wait that long, we just leave and bought the pancakes some place else. I’d love to have more options available, there was only one type of muffins that did not taste fresh."

"They are horrible surfaces, The pools need to be resurfaced. The towels weren't available, was told "we are working on it," this was the response for hours and hours. The employee was to work on the slide was told "he didn't come in" and when asked and they said "don't have the key to open the slide, No Manager to get the key out of the safe". Finally opened the slide, it was a long wait for those waiting for it to open. A member couldn't get in her locker and was told there was "no manager to help her". My husband helped her to get in the locker to get her items."
