I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay and the transition was smooth and easy. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful, and understanding. My luggage was left in another city and they were very accommodating. Some of the most amazing people. I didn’t use the pool but parking was plentiful and the area was quiet. I’d stay here me on my next trip to Santa Barbara."
