"Stayed in this beach house every summer when our daughter was growing up, she is 25 now. This was the first time we stayed in the winter and we really enjoyed it, even when it was raining. The last prior time we stayed was about 20 years ago, the entire house has been re-done. You are on the sand, you can walk to the Miramar hotel and there are trains that come by, it's perfect."

"We thought the hotel had a great location-in the middle of everything. We enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony and looking at the beach. We were able to walk to a lot of things."

"Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. Although the freeway parallels the home the noise level is next to nothing. Lastly, Chris, the property manager would get back to us immediately if we had any concerns or questions. We cannot say enough good things about this home, Chris and our fabulous week in Montecito!"

"Had a great stay here and would definitely book again. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two young kids plus dog. We also had my brother and his wife and dog stay as well. Loved the property grounds and the beds were comfy. Had everything we needed!"
