The view was amazing but I booked early to get a ground floor. There was alot of beach erosion and they moved us to a top floor. I asked if we could have the ground floor and they said no! Im handicapped so it was a problem! When the people came in Friday night and we were leaving Saturday morning ...

The front desk lady on Friday evening 5/8 was great. She was friendly and accommodating. The lady on duty Sat 5/09 morning was the opposite, cold, impersonal and rude. The accommodations were simple but warm and the location was perfect.
