This beautiful villa is placed in the heart of the northern part of Istria, in a village called Pračana, next to the small town of Buzet. Buzet is known as the town of truffles and is located on top of a hill above the Mirna river valley. The area along that river itself is rich in this most precious mushroom, whose aroma and taste are known all over the world. This is the ideal place to get to know traditional Istrian flavors in one of the taverns and restaurants in this picturesque town. Here you can enjoy trying different sorts of wine and olive oil.



Villa Brazzana is located on a wooded hill surrounded by endless greenery, forest and fields and provides a peaceful getaway for your family. The villa extends over 3 floors and can accommodate 6 + 2 people in 3 spacious bedrooms with a spectacular view. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining room and one bedroom with its own bathroom that leads directly to the terrace with the pool. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a spacious balcony with furniture for relaxing and dining. On the ground floor there is a tavern with a grill and wooden dining set, as well as an exercise room and a playroom. Only high glass walls separate you from the solar heated pool in which you can jump in at any moment or sunbathe on the sun loungers that surround it. At the very bottom of the field there is a covered grill with a dining area and a playground for children.
