Villa Dol is a charming, rustic retreat in a tranquil setting, perfect for relaxing. The villa's outdoor area includes a pool, three covered terraces for al fresco dining, a well-tended garden and two parking spaces. Inside, comfort meets rustic charm on two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor comprises a cosy living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, each with its own bathroom and an additional separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom leading to a large terrace offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Villa Dol is located on the edge of a quiet village in the green inland of Istria. The nearest restaurant is 7 km away in Sovinjak and the town of Buzet, 12 km away, offers supermarkets, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacies and more. The nearest beach is in Novigrad. The area is known for its truffles, which you can savour in the local restaurants. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
