Beautiful semi-detached house "Lapis", 3 storeys, built in 2018. In the hamlet Kajini 2 km from the centre of Buzet, 19 km from the centre of Motovun, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 40 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'700 m2, garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (80 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 3.5 km, pebble beach 40 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. Nearby attractions: Istrian Thermal Resort 10 km. Youth groups are not allowed. Organizing a party is not allowed. Paddling pool (4 x 3 m, depth 40 cm, 01.05.-30.09.).
