In the hamlet Žugani 8 km from the centre of Motovun, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'200 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, relaxation room, playroom, table football, trampoline, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 15 km, shopping centre 26 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 12 km, railway station 14 km, pebble beach 30 km, rocky beach 30 km, thermal baths 7 km.
