"Our experience at Pousada Peninsula de Buzios was outstanding. They helped us with a late check-in and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. "Hotel com uma boa estrutura, mas algumas áreas parecia que estava meio que abandonadas. Banheiro da área da piscina parecia que não era limpo a dias, limpeza no meu quarto só foi um dia, e ficamos lá 5 dias, tinha que ficar pedindo papel higiênico, pq não faziam a reposição, tive a informação que era só deixar a chave na recepção se eu quisesse a limpeza no quarto, mas não foi o que aconteceu. E a pior das situações foi a falta de água quente nos chuveiros, tomamos banho todos os dias, em águas...

"I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "

"Loved my stay here! Gorgeous view and good value for the price. I found it very walkable despite being on a slight hill (better view that way) and I had a good time here. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was that one morning the water was unexpectedly not running and I had to skip a shower. I forgot to ask why and never got an explanation. The breakfast was pretty okay but the coffee was very bad. The hairdryer didn’t work in my bathroom. Overall I would totally stay here again...

"It's a cheap place in the center of Buzios, if all you need is a place to sleep for cheap, this is an ok choice. Cleanliness is sub par, I found hairs and sand from the previous occupants. Towels and sheets have permanent stains, but have been washed. During the day there seems to be 3 people in the reception, all of which would rather continue scrolling on instagram rather than working. There's also a cleaner whom I haven't interacted with directly. Night shift would often leave the...
