Second bedroom is a queen size bed with two walk-in closets and full bath plus a loft with two twin over full bunk beds. Finished basement with large TV play station 4 and full bath. Kitchen is fully stocked with an island and a six person dining table. The front deck includes four rocking chairs a porch swing, and four person hightop picnic table. The back deck has a gas grill, a six person table and lounge set. The Lakehouse also has a Generac whole home generator for your convenience Enjoy either space to experience nature or amazing views of the lake while watching boats pass by.

Lillydale is located between Starpoint Marina and Eagle Cove, Marina or an approximate 15 minute drive to Sunset Marina with boat rentals available

Take advantage of all that the surrounding area has to offer. Dale, hollow lake, visit the Cordell Hull birthplace museum, and Bunkum cave, or one of the mini state parks, waterfalls, and hiking trails located close by. If you enjoy antiquing, the town of Livingston is about 25 minute drive and has several shops right in the town Square if you are into wine the oldest winery in Tennessee, Highland Manor, is located in Jamestown, about a 30 to 40 minute drive down 127. The shop is adorable. there are many things to enjoy around the Byrdstown area. Visit the chamber of commerce website for listings and locations in Cookeville is approximately a 45 minute drive right down Route 111. It has many shopping opportunities, boutiques in the historic area, as well as a big box stores located around the city. If you like great dining, there are several great restaurants in the Cookeville area that are well worth the drive.
