"The location was great! About a 8-9min walk to the train station and near plenty of cafes and food spots. The room was very clean. WiFi and air conditioning was great. Shared amenities like iron and kitchen supplies should you need them. Only thing that isn’t ideal is the room isn’t sound proof so any sound in the street or the corridors can be heard in the room- overall wasn’t much of an issue for us."

"If you drive a car to get there, this place is not best choice. Check in process is complicated and need to leave car far away to get parking location. Also go up one floor with baggage using stairs, no elevator available. Room look like new and bed very comfortable. Location is very good (if you do not drive to get there)"

"The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city centre. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"En réalité le NH de La spezia est plus un 3 étoiles ! Pas comme cordou et lisbonne Dejeuner a peine passable et personnel de salle a manger indifférent et sans attention. L'accueil par contre fut excellent avec paola ! Chambre superieur tres tres petite Je ne recommande pas cet emplacement"

"The host was lovely and helped us out due to some travel issues such as cancelled flights etc and with us arriving in the early hours. The location is perfect for the station and there are lots of restaurants nearby to grab whatever you want. Rooms were clean and tidy. I would stay again"
