"This was our third time staying at this hotel and we are always so impressed by the staff members! We love the location as it is walking distance to restaurants in the old town area, as well as a quick trip to the Omaha zoo or Durham museum. There is a Starbucks cafe/bistro with a few options if you don't feel like going out anywhere as well. The coffee and the breakfast options are the best, but we've also tried dinner and drinks there as well. The rooms have always been clean and they do provide house keeping on a daily basis. "

"The Gem of Omaha in my opinion. 100 year old hotel, But everything is up to date so it’s every bit as comfortable as a major hotel chain . Nice room, super comfortable bed, quiet. I travel almost every week, and I got the best nights sleep here. I can’t remember sleeping this good anywhere else. Restaurant staff and food were pretty good , and all staff were friendly. You felt as if they actually appreciated you being there."

"Overall the hotel was good - no breakfast but coffee was offered, recieved a free drink token which is a nice touch, oarkinf isnt the best, hotel was clean and modern, gym was nice. rooms are very small. area was nice, lots of shopping and resturant near by. Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite positive. While there wasn’t a breakfast option, I appreciated the complimentary coffee provided. It was a nice touch to receive a free drink token as well. Parking could use some improvement, but the hotel itself was clean and modern, and I particularly enjoyed the gym facilities. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but the area surrounding the hotel was delightful, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. "
