"Good location, many bus route options. Hotel has great amenities, the shared kitchen and lounge area is really nice and has everything you need. The patio is a bonus! The rooms are nice and big, clean and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend this place!"

"room’s floor is not clean. Decoration is not new. (6th floor) Staff, check in receptionist is not good, the rest is good manner. Breakfast is good. Air conditioning is cozy. Western guests stay higher floor, Asian esp. Taiwanese stays at lower floor. It makes asian guests racism."

"While the staff were very friendly, some of the facilities definitely need improvement. For example, the sofas showed signs of wear, and the towels were thin and frayed from use. The elevator wait time was too long. I understand the room amenities are mandated by policy, but the lack of even a comb was really inconvenient. The staff in the children's play area and the restaurant staff were excellent, but because of the staggered entry, the food on the counter was quickly devoured by the large group of guests. Many dishes, like salad lettuce and fried eggs, took a long time to be replenished."

"Shops and markets are very close by. Step Out on to the street to the morning market. All Of the staff was excellent. So helpful and polite. Helped us with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here the next time we come to Tainan. "
