"This is a condo property located in a good spot in Poipu. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average. Our unit could use new carpet and screen door. Good property for those who want to avoid the large and loud resorts. "

Location is excellent with green belt walking paths around the resort. Ocean, beaches, pool, and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would book this property again when visiting Kauai in the future."

The kitchen was well stocked and they had all beach supplies we needed — beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, fins, umbrellas. The space was comfortable and had great views. The construction outside of the unit is far away and was not disruptive at all."

"We stayed six nights at this condo. Overall it's a good location for exploring the south part of the island. The condo is a ground floor unit with a nice patio looking out on a lawn and trees. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk because this unit is in the back of the complex. When the tide is up there was very little beach.
